Hi, I’m Kate. The photographer, mother and wife behind ‘Kate Shacklady Photography’.
My passion is capturing memories that families can keep for generations. The beauty of freezing time in a photo, preserving a moment of your life and always having it to look back on is so important to me.
If I’m not behind a lens in my studio, then you’ll most likely find me out exploring, hiking or kayaking with my family (and my camera in a backpack!) I love to travel, so every session seems to involve talk of holidays and hobbies - I love listening to where people have been!
Having the opportunity to create treasured images for people is an absolute priviledge. For that reason, I have done all my training with some of the most acclaimed and well respected photographers within the industry. This ensures that every image is taken professionally and with the upmost care and attention to detail. The safety and comfort of your baby is my number one priority.
